DOWNTOWN CLEARFIELD FORM-BASED CODE

The Downtown Clearfield Form-Based Code was created specifically with the intent to help the City achieve the goals of a vibrant mixed-use downtown.  The planning document Creating Downtown Clearfield and the associated planning process and public outreach developed a unique character and vision for Downtown Clearfield. Since the Form-Based Code is the direct implementing and regulatory ordinance developed to bring forth the vision of the Creating Downtown Clearfield small area plan, it is recommended that developers also review that plan which is also accessible on this page.
