The city of Clearfield provides just the right location for outdoor endeavors, no matter where you live in the city. Clearfield has thirteen parks, ranging from just half an acre to over 20 acres, with varying park amenities. Following is a list of parks, including individual park amenities, park walking/jogging path maps, as well as a map of park locations. Picnic pavilions and restrooms are provided at most parks (due to weather conditions park restrooms are closed from mid-October through mid-April). Clearfield City has two ponds open for fishing, Steed Pond and Mabey Pond. Fishing is governed by the state of Utah, and those fishing in the ponds must have a current fishing license, and honor the two-fish/per person limit.
